Id recommend making dialogue volume louder, and music/sound-effects quieter.
OR; script your scene so that loud music and effects happen around dialogue instead of at the same time.

Interesting topic choice, cant say Ive seen anything like this
Does this keep true to historic events or is it more HOI4-sorta historical fiction?

Thanks for playing! It is true to the historic setting and context. The ANC did hold secret talks with the South African Government in the 1980s, and the Cuba did send troops to Angola to fight the South African Defense Force. However, it is a video game, so you do not have to make the same decisions that the ANC leadership made. In that sense, its more like HOI4. Norway is not going to send troops to Namibia in this game. David Bowie is not going to become the prime minister of South Africa. Trying to keep it realistic, while also playable. In other words, you win by getting to the outcomes that we think of as history: you turn South Africa into the multi-ethnic democracy that it is today.

Only suggestion would be for an SFX volume slider and maybe require a bit tighter timing on parries, I found myself able to deflect basically every incoming shot by button mashing!

thank you, yeah parries are pretty easy to hit so i could make the hitbox a bit smaller
